Donna Johnson, age 63, who lives at 214 South 12th Street in Richmond, was charged on September 17, 2019 with Disorderly Conduct. She was arrested by Officer Thomas Foster of the Richmond Police Department after Officer Foster was dispatched to the 400 block of Commerce Road in reference to a noise complaint.

Cory Keener, age 27, who lives at 6199 East Dublin Pike in Straughn, was charged on August 22, 2019 with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle with a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance or its Metabolite in the Body. He was arrested by Officer Christopher Lane of the Centerville Police Department after Officer Lane initiated a routine traffic stop.

Madison Wilson, age 25, who lives at 773 Dillon Drive in Richmond, was charged on September 17, 2019 with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person with a Passenger Less Than 18 Years of Age and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or More. She was arrested by Deputy Adam Blanton of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department after deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of Showalter Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Christopher Hersley, age 36, was charged on September 19, 2019 with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or More. He was arrested by Officer Jourdan Brouse of the Richmond Police Department after Officer Brouse initiated a routine traffic stop.
