Montell Shinn, age 52, who lives at 4705 West National Road in Richmond, was charged on September 6, 2019 with Criminal Trespass. He was arrested by Sergeant Mathew Wright of the Centerville Police Department after Mr. Shinn was seen leaving a property that he had previously been banned from by Sergeant Wright.
