Terrance Tevis, age 23, who lives at 1604 South J Street in Richmond, was charged on July 12, 2019 with Resisting Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication. He was arrested by Officer Zachary Huskisson of the Richmond Police Department after officers were dispatched to McDonald’s on East Main Street in reference to an intoxicated driver.

Jesse Norris, age 38, who lives at 2326 Grand Avenue in Richmond, was charged on July 11, 2019 with Resisting Law Enforcement and Public Intoxication. He was arrested by Officer Sergio Santiago of the Richmond Police Department after officers were dispatched to Burger King at 4360 East Main Street in reference to a subject stating people were following him.

Kyle Lewis, age 19, who lives at 101 North 13th Street in Richmond, was charged on July 11, 2019 with Conversion. He was arrested by Officer Sergio Santiago of the Richmond Police Department after officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter.

Todd Clemens, age 46, who lives at 3742 Richmond Palestine Road in New Madison, was charged on July 12, 2019 with Conversion. He was arrested by Officer Austin Adams of the Richmond Police Department after officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter.

Gary Smith, age 62, who lives at 5149 West National Road in Centerville, was charged on July 12, 2019 with  Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. He was arrested by Patrolman Logan Schneider of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department after officers were dispatched to the 5100 block of West National Road in reference to a domestic dispute.

Daniel Senovich, age 38, who lives at 1826 East Main Street in Richmond, was charged on July 9, 2019 with Resisting Law Enforcement. He was arrested by Officer William Hampton of the Richmond Police Department after officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of East Main Street in reference to a suspicious person.
